Ministries

The following ministries encompass the defined functioning ministries of the Local Out-Team, but they do not reflect the full rage of opportunities to serve provided by the Local Out-Team.

Each year the Local Out-Team executes several special events and/or projects which provide additional opportunities to serve. Additionally, we are aggressively seeking members who have a passion for a specific need for which we can help form a ministry.

We invite you to join with us in our efforts of spreading the Gospel of Christ, either through one of our established ministries or through a new one which we create together.

	Bags of Love
	Your children will love participating in this ministry. The children make up small gift bags to be distributed at our events. They also prepare care packages for our servicemen/women serving overseas. Their activities are not limited. They have even been known to play Mr. Sneak Attack Easter Bunny. \| MORE INFO \|

	Birthday HUG Club
	Join with the members of the Birthday HUG Club as they visit homeless shelters each month and hold birthday parties for the housed children. \| MORE INFO \|

	CARE Team
	The CARE Team serves local assisted living and retirement communities, sharing God's love with the residents. \| MORE INFO \|

	CBC Ride Share
	Need a ride to church or don't mind providing a ride for someone else? CBC Ride Share is for you! \| MORE INFO \|

	Community Youth Soccer
	Community Youth Soccer is open to the community. Everyone is welcome to participate regardless of their beliefs. \| MORE INFO \|

	Happy Feet Sock Ministry
	The Happy Feet Sock Ministry provides socks to the homeless living on the streets of Atlanta. \| MORE INFO \|

	HUG Cookout Team
	The HUG Cookout Team visits communities in Clayton and Henry Counties showering them with God's love. They provide the residents with free food, recycled clothing and other items as available. Children have a great time at these events. Normally, facepainting and crafts are offered. \| MORE INFO \|

	Jailhouse HUG Team
	Minister to men serving time in local jails by showing them you care and giving them an introduction to the Celebrate Recovery ministry. \| MORE INFO \|

	Shepherd's Watch
	Shepherd's Watch assists members of Community Bible Church as well as members of our local community in almost any way necessary to promote their spiritual, psychological, physical and financial well being. In short, they care take care of His sheep. \| INFO COMING \|

	The HUG Crusade
	HUG Crusade are bible study groups that meet off-campus in local communities and they perform outreach events in their and/or neighboring communities on a regular basis encouraging the development of other similar groups. \| MORE INFO \|

	Urban HUG Team
	At about 8:30 every night in a vacant parking lot in downtown Atlanta about 200 homeless men, women and children lineup to be fed. Join with us as we take our turns providing food for both the tummy and soul. \| MORE INFO \|

	Celebrate Recovery
	Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-based 12-Step program for anyone with a hurt, habit or hang-up. CR works closely with the Local Out-Team in executing our programs and events. \| MORE INFO \|

	Maximum Impact Love
	It started as Impact Fulton Industrial but quickly became a *Maximum Impact. Twice each year thousands of guests are exposed to God's love in a parking lot on Fulton Industrial Boulevard in southwest Atlanta. \| MORE INFO* \|
