04/29/2010: "The Chain Book Revisited"
Our first "Chain Book", Religion: Who needs it? by Richard A Seymour is now in the hands of its fourth reader and well on the way to its fifth. It has not yet landed in the hands of a non-believer, but it has served to reinforce the beliefs of four Christians so far, and only God knows how many others it will touch. We have now launched our next series of Chain Books. Chain Book No. 1 was the only copy of Religion: Who needs it? that we had (we emailed the author inquiring about case pricing), so for this next series we are using How Good is Good Enough? by Andy Stanley. One of our team members has sent one with an Easter package to her daughter stationed at Fort Polk, Louisana and five copies in an Easter package to her other daughter stationed in Kandahar, Afganistan to distribute among the U.S. Army troops there. Like with the first Chain Book, we have no idea how many people these books may reach. But, we will consider ourselves blessed if they touch just one heart. If you have received a Chain Book and would like to register it and the person you are passing it to, click here.
